Twyla's Friends Prevent A Litter (PAL) Program - Spay/Neuter

Twyla's Friends offers the "Prevent a Litter" (or PAL) program where we offer spay or neuters for dogs for $40. This program is for owner dogs, not open to rescues or dogs you do not intend to keep. This is a Twyla's Friends effort to help encourage dog owners to spay or neuter their pet and help decrease the local pet overpopulation problem.
